Q. Do you accept credit cards?

 

A. We can accept secure online credit card or EFT payments through PayPal.

 

Q. Is the condo available for longer stays?

 

A. Please feel free to inquire about discounted rates for an extended stay.

 

Q. Is there a maid service?

A. No, this is a residential condo
, not a hotel room or resort.  These condos are our personal vacation home and we want our guests to treat it as such. You will arrive to enough clean linens for the number of guests you made the reservation for and a neat clean residence. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for your day to day needs.

 

Q. What is the deposit?

 

A. We require a $250 deposit to reserve your date. This deposit is refundable at the end of your stay provided you leave the condo in the same condition you found it. We do not want to keep your deposit. Your deposit will be sent to you within 10 business days of checkout.

 

Q. Do I need to bring cookware or utensils?

A. No, the kitchen is fully equip.

 

Q. Is the fireplace gas or wood?

A. It is a wood fireplace. You will arrive to find enough wood for one nice fire. More firewood can be purchased from a local vendor
if you wish to do so.

 

Q. Is there a phone?

There is not a live phone line. To date we have seen good cellular coverage at the condo from Alltel, AT&T, Cingular, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Others have not yet been tested.

 

Q. How many people can you accommodate?

We can accommodate from 1—16 guests depending upon your requirements for sleeping arrangements. We can combine multiple units and offer discounts for multi-unit rentals. 

 

Q. Do you allow pets?

A.
While we ourselves love cats and dogs, we have a no pets policy. Our condos are furnished and decorated nicely and the security deposit that we would need to cover damages would be outrageous.
