$400 per week off season (Nov through April)

$499 per week peak season (May through Oct non-holidays)

A $250.00 damage deposit is required per condo. The deposit will be returned to you within 10 business days following your departure and no damage or loss has been found.

Feel free to inquire about availability for shorter stays, however we do have a minimum charge of $249.
