A $250.00 damage deposit is required per condo. The deposit will be returned to you within 10 business days following your departure and no damage or loss has been found.

Feel free to inquire about availability for shorter stays, however we do have a minimum charge of $525.

While there are many dining establishments in the area eventually you may decide to enjoy a home cooked meal of your own creation. This fully equip kitchen and dining area has everything you need to cook a meal and enjoy the meal from your own private lake view. This unit also has a patio and charcoal grill for our guests use!

¨ Living Room

 

Whether enjoying a cool lake breeze on a hot summer day or the heat from the fireplace as Jack Frost takes hold on the northland, you will find the living room area a comfortable place to relax. The patio door looks out over Mille Lacs in all of her glory and opens to a ground level patio. A color TV with Satellite and DVD will keep you entertained during your stay. Bring popcorn and your favorite movies!

Follow the spiral staircase up to two double beds.

¨ The Master Bedroom

 

A spacious master bedroom with a queen bed in awaits when it is time to turn in for the evening. A color TV that receives off air channels and a VCR are also located in the master bedroom. There is also a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping capacity if need be. Through the patio doors is a screened three season porch that let’s you take in the lake atmosphere without facing the assault of the pesky critters. You will not find a more peaceful place to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
